What is a CRM webhook?

A webhook is a URL on your CRM server that receives incoming WhatsApp messages and delivery updates from DC Bridge. When someone sends your WhatsApp number a message, DC Bridge POSTs it to this URL.

Don't have a CRM yet? You can still create devices and connect WhatsApp numbers. Configure the webhook later when your CRM is ready.

The secret won't be shown again. Use it to verify incoming webhook signatures.

CRM Connection Settings

Connect DC Bridge to your CRM so incoming WhatsApp messages are forwarded to your system.

These defaults are inherited by all new devices. You can leave these empty and configure per-device later.

Your CRM's endpoint that will receive incoming messages. Ask your CRM provider for this URL, or check their WhatsApp integration docs.

HMAC-SHA256 signing key. DC Bridge signs every webhook with this so your CRM can verify it's authentic. A random secret is auto-generated for each device.

Native: Simple, flat JSON. Best for custom integrations. Cloud API: Matches Meta's official WhatsApp Business API format. Use if your CRM was built for Meta's API (e.g., 360dialog, Wati).
